101 Films International and Ton of Hats announce completion of “Take Back”

London 27th January, 2021 

101 Films International, an Amcomri Entertainment Inc, has taken delivery of the first co-production in a three-picture deal with Mike Hatton’s Ton of Hats. 

After months of anticipation, Ton of Hats has delivered the action movie TAKE BACK, shot entirely during the COVID pandemic. Directed by Christian Sesma, TAKE BACK is one of the first films to be released since the worldwide shut down of much of the film industry. And what a way to start. TAKE BACK stars real-life husband and wife Gillian White and Michael Jai-White, alongside Golden Globe winner Mickey Rourke and James Russo. 

Zara and Brian are living the perfect small-town life when a mysterious stranger from Zara’s secret past kidnaps their daughter and now they must race to save her life. 

Mike Hatton commented : 

“For 101 International and Head Gear Films to have the faith in us and support us in the way they did during the pandemic, was really impressive and appreciated”.

101 Films International is handling international sales which have already been extremely strong with Shout! Studios picking up North American rights along with international distributors Daro, PT Falcon, Phoenicia, & Jaye Entertainment already signed up to a number of territories joining sister company 101 Films who have picked up the UK rights.
